    Housing Information
    Basic Allowance For Housing (BAH) gives active service members two options for housing; living on post or finding a home off-post within the community.

    • Once you receive orders to move, contact the Housing Services Office (HSO)  (808) 474-1820/1821. They can answer all of your housing questions and provide services such as referrals, resolving tenant-landlord disputes, and guidance for entering lease agreements.

    • Single service members can contact Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH) (808) 473-5983 for assistance with room assignment and check-in procedures.

    • On-base housing at Pearl Harbor Navy Shipyard is privatized and operated by Hunt Military Communities (808) 839-4357 / (844) 229-9582. They have a total of 22 neighborhoods with a wide variety of home styles and sizes, based on rank and family needs.     Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard is the largest ship repair facility on the West Coast and services large ships and submarines for the Pacific Fleet. The shipyard serves as Hawaii's maintenance depot and refurbishes, repairs, and decommissions a variety of Navy vessels.
